Teen Testimony: "The first time I called (for this survey, not services), they put me on hold for a good 10 minutes. The second time I dialed the number, no one answered the phone. The third time I called, the woman on the phone told me that they were unavailable at the time and for me to call back. The fourth time, they answered and told me they were unavailable again." – Vieng Nhotsombath/VOX Staff
